Rhythm Road Trip does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) or user telemetry directly to servers operated by Carlson Tech Games. All local game progression, settings, high scores, and save data remain strictly on your local device.

2. Advertising & Monetization

The game utilizes Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediation services to display rewarded video and interstitial advertisements, helping support development. Ad networks may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and anonymized interaction data to serve contextual or targeted advertising in compliance with regional privacy frameworks (such as GDPR and CCPA).

3. In-App Purchases

Financial transactions for digital goods (such as removing advertisements) are processed securely through official platform providers (Google Play Store and Apple App Store). Carlson Tech Games does not collect, process, or retain any credit card numbers, billing profiles, or financial credentials.

4. Third-Party Engine Services

The game is built using the Unity engine. Unity may automatically collect standard hardware diagnostics, crash reports, and system telemetry in accordance with their runtime terms. Review the Unity Privacy Policy for full disclosures.

5. Children's Privacy

Rhythm Road Trip is not directed at or marketed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions such as the EU). Because Rhythm Road Trip does not store personal data on our own servers, all game progression and local data can be permanently deleted simply by uninstalling the application from your device.
